Booking terms and conditions

1Reservation and payment

When making the reservation, you must pay 30% of your stay by credit card or bank transfer.

The rest of your stay will be paid at the time of your arrival by credit card, or – preferably – in cash.

We confirm the reservation by email, which contains all the necessary information about our operation.

You must be 18 years or older to book at Apartamentos La Catifa.

We only accept payments in local currency (€)

2Tourist tax

1 euro per person per day. We charge the day of arrival.

3Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made by email.

In the case of cancel more than 30 days before the day of arrival, we will make a full refund.

We consider changes of dates or apartment as a new reservation. These changes will be subject to availability.


The deposit of the apartments is 300 €. The amount will be blocked on your credit card upon arrival. It will be unlocked 2 or 3 days after your departure, once checked and checked the apartment.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you accept that damages caused by you or your companions will be deducted from the blocked security deposit of your credit card.

Before arrival, we check and check the proper functioning of all apartments. Therefore, if you find any damage or malfunction you must notify us immediately.

If you do not inform us in advance, you will be fully responsible for such damage. Any charge for damages to the property, will be charged to the credit or debit card that you have authorized us.

5Arrival and departure

Please be sure to provide us with your correct arrival time so we can arrange your check-in and receive you as you deserve.

All apartments are available from 16:00. However, if you arrive earlier, we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. Check-out is at 10:00 am.

Keep in mind that we will do our best to meet everyone’s needs. For this, it is extremely important that you share your arrival and departure times with us in advance.

When leaving, you must leave the apartment clean and tidy, with all the waste correctly deposited. Please leave the keys inside the apartment and before closing the door, make sure you have all your personal belongings with you.

6Cleaning the apartment

Upon your arrival, you will have the apartment in a perfect state of order and cleanliness. Before leaving, you must leave the apartment in perfect condition: all the waste must be deposited in their corresponding recycling bins inside the apartments.

7Customer identification

You must inform us the number of guests that will be lodged in the reservation. We only allow the number of people indicated in the reservation to enter the apartment. If you expect additional guests, please let us know so we can reach an alternative agreement.

If you do not comply with any of our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the apartment, without any compensation.

8Good behavior

Smoking inside the apartments, even with the windows open, is not allowed. All apartments have a balcony where you can smoke using the ashtrays provided and not throwing cigarette butts or ash into the street.

We do not allow loud music or parties in order not to disturb the other guests and our neighbors. Please respect your rest. We watch for the coexistence of all. If you complain and / or notify the police, we will immediately ask you to leave the apartment, regardless of the time of day or night.

Remember that by accepting our Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for the people who stay with you. If you do not respect the rules of coexistence, we reserve the right to ask you and the other guests to leave the apartment. From that moment, you will not be entitled to any type of refund, compensation or deposit.
